Pressure switches, sensors and transducers

Pressure switches, sensors and transducers
Mechanical pressure switches for hydraulic fluids include a piston mechanism that moves and closes the micro switch when the set pressure is reached. We have pressure switches with flange connection, adapter and thread. Pressure sensors offer a wide range of pressure and vacuum sensors to meet the requirements of various industrial applications. The many times proven capacitive ceramic measuring cell has been supplemented by a stainless steel measuring cell with thick-layer expansion strips (PK, PV, PT series) and a piezo-resistive measuring method (for pneumatic applications). All instruments are equipped with a robust housing and do not contain any moving parts such as pistons or springs. The result: These sensors are extremely resistant to shocks and vibrations, work completely without wear and require no maintenance. The proven ceramic-capacitive measuring element is corrosion-resistant and stable for a long time. This ensures constant and long-term accuracy of the measured values. The sensors are resistant to dynamic pressure shocks and guarantee high overload resistance. They are highly resistant even to extreme pressure peaks, such as the rapid closing of valves. They are used in almost all industrial areas. The welded measuring cell without seal ensures a high level of safety, especially for applications with high pressures up to 600 bar, as well as in air conditioning and refrigeration technology, where aggressive refrigerants (freons) are used.
