Description

The inter-plate throttle valve is used where there is a need to close, restrict or restrict the oil flow. These throttle valves have a wide range of uses. They can also be used to completely close a certain pressure branch in the hydraulic circuit, such as a pressure outlet for a manometer, or they can also be used as brake valves to decelerate a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor. With the help of a throttle valve, we can also create a pressure load in the hydraulic branch. If we use a throttle valve to limit the flow or to create a pressure load, we must make sure that the hydraulic oil will heat up at the throttle point. Throttle valves are further divided into throttle valves with bypass (with bypass) and throttle valves without bypass (without bypass). Throttle valve with bypass - one-sided: restricts flow only in one direction. In the opposite direction of the hydraulic oil flow, the spring is overcome and the non-return valve frees the way for the free flow of hydraulic medium in the given direction. Throttle valve without bypass - double-sided: restricts the oil flow in both directions.
